Purchased Marina on Champlain Canal.

In 2006 i started reading and posting on this site when I gave up power boating. I sold the cabin cruiser, purchased my O’day 302 and took up sailing. Now my brother have taken the next step and purchased a marina on the Champlain Canal. We have convinced the young niece and nephew that it is there genetic obligation to work summers at the family business and we will be open with the Canal May first. Thank you all for all the good advice over the years and answering the dumb questions when I was starting out. If you find yourself on the Champlain Canal and are in need of dockage, parts, repairs or just want to stop and visit we are first lighthouse on the left just north of Champlain Lock 1.

Yea, they asked what the pay was and were told tuition. But they do get titles. The Niece is Senior Excutive Daytime Marina Manager and the Nephew is Dock Boy.
