Punpkin Regatta

The annual FYC Pumpkin Regatta will be held on Saturday September 29th and Sunday September 30th, 2012. This is an open regatta - ALL sailors welcome!

Fun was had by all. Even if Saturday there was only one race due to lack of wind. (We didn't even get to the start line until about 20 min after it started! It was about 60' away! Only 2 of the 6 keel boats got over in the 5 min time. And they were very close to not.)
There was a great turkey dinner on Saturday with all the fixings.
Over all a great deal for the regatta with two lunches $30 and dinner $8.
The results will be up on the website in a few days. (We came 2nd in class B of the keel boats.) We all got these great back pack bag as prizes.
Put it in your date book for next year!
