Dockside...or at sea?
Dockside, you simply tie up at the pumpout, take the cap off the deck fitting, screw the pumpout fitting into the deck fitting and turn on the pumpout. It does the rest. At sea, you'll need a pump and a thru-hull that the waste goes out of. I'll be glad to explain how to set your system up to that if it's not already installed--or explain how to use what you have if it is installed.
