I am going to borrow a friend C30 for a week and I need to know how to pump out the head. He has a maserator pump. Does this run instead of pumping or does it do the pumping or does the pump at the station do the pumping. I know where the head pump out opening is on the deck I just don't what to put where and I don't want to blow SH*T all over the dock. Can someone help me?

You just need one or the other,

If you use a pump out station make sure the thru hull for macerator & toilet are CLOSED. Remove deck cap (do this at dock first, most have corroded shut) stick nozzle in and open. It's a giant crap vacuum and is gonna (hopefully) suck all the stuff up out of the tank. Method 2 is to get 3 NM offshore, close toilet intake thru hull, open macerator thru hull, flip switch to on till pump sound goes up in pitch (empty), turn off switch, close macerator thru hull.
