That's a lot of peoples' ideal.
For some reason Yanmar isn't interested. But I have seen it done. You will have to slice and dice. Get another crankshaft pulley like the one you have. Cut off the rear of it so it will fit flat against your present pulley. (the pulleys will be touching.) Any machine shop can do the work. Line it up on your crank with longer bolts in place of the existing bolts, snug it up. Then for the waterpump, just buy another pulley just like the existing one and do the same thing. I think the setup I saw would have had spacers between the two pulleys to keep them properly positioned and to keep them from being crushed. When done, order up a double pulley alternator and you're good to go. Or you can just install the stock Yanmar PTO seen here and build some kind of alternator relocator mount with a tensioning idler pulley for the waterpump. Or,,,I could go on all day. This is hotrodder stuff.
