Pulling the mast on a hunter vision 32

I tried to pull the mast out this year (new boat to me this year) I removed the top inner flange bolts. The main mast pin was removed but our hand crane could not budge the mast. The gasket was replaced 3 years ago.

Am I missing something on this?

Any help is appreciated.

I have a HV'36. I think that someone said the mast weighs several hundred pounds (cannot remember the exact weight). I would be very careful trying to lift it out of the boat. Consider taking the boat to a location with a heavy duty crane.

You may want to spray the deck seal with silicone to see if it will budge.
