pulley from FICO Australia

Hi, I need help in locating a special sized pulley to insert into a space on my rudder that holds (allows) the rope to pass thru to raise or lower the rudder. The pulley has FICO Australia written on it. Must be the manufacturer. Help me by sending e-mail to: gomisterg@msn.com. Thanks. Phil G.
