Can anyone please tell me the correct PSS Shaft Seal Size for a 1989 Hunter 30? The shaft is 1", but the stern tube diameter is difficult to determine (it's 1.75 to 2 inches...?).

Have you tried measuring it with a set of calipers? I'm sure someone will know for sure but it's still a good idea to double check it with a set of calipers..Can anyone please tell me the correct PSS Shaft Seal Size for a 1989 Hunter 30? No, the existing black hose over the stern tube goes all the way back so that's not possible without removing it, which I'd rather not do since the boat is still in the water. But if I can't find out any other way, I'll try loosening it and sliding it forward some so there's space for calipers. Thanks for your suggestion.
