I have a 6 year old PSS Dripless shaft seal. It has been adjusted a few times over the years. My problem now is there is no room for any more travel on the bellows. I get a little leakage when the shaft spins. Thinking of zip tie through the center of 1/4" plastic tubing in one of the bellows to gain some pressure for the time being. Has anyone had this problem with their PSS Dripless Shaft Seal bellow. I guess it time for a new bellow.

No, not in three boats. I think replacement is recommended at seven years, so you are due anyway for a new bellows. It may be someone set it up too tight to begin with. Not an uncommon mistake. Might not be too much to short haul and replace it while it's in the slings. You can do all the rest of the prep in the water. Good luck!
