PSS Dripless Packing on 272
Bob, I had this done over the winter on my 272 and am going this weekend to see how the job turned out and the final cost. I ended up having to have a lot more work done than just installing the seal. New shaft, cutlass bearing, coupling to tranny (also rebuild tranny, motor mounts, gear change cable), ugh! this is painful to think about as I go to see what the bill is this weekend.
