Guys anybody can explain me how those clamp rings actually work?
I noticed my prop shaft moving about 6-7mm when you do full reverse. I did not really payed attention till one day (couple of days ago) with throttle full Ahead proppeler pitch moved to zero and my boat get disabled. (I still had astern pitch thogh)
Now I took all combi apart. And what I noticed- end of main stainless steel shaft was not really properly secured to the sleeve (or call it flunge, which connected to the engine itself) with tension (or clump) rings. When I assembled it last time, probably did not do very good job. How many those rings suppose to be? (Volvo spesification say -2, I got 4 ?)How they look like, and most importantly - How do they work.
What the way to secure them properly?

Vlad - have you checked the schematic diagram and instructions for the
Combi in the files section of our group website? There used to be
another one called Combi Without Tears that I cannot locate on the site
at the moment. Maybe someone else can guide us to its whereabouts.
