Proper tension for rigging on a Catalina 3O TR

I purchased a 1985 Catalina 30' Tall Rig this past November. I had to unstep the mast to get into the Boat yard and I did not check the tension on the rigging so that could duplicate the settings this spring. I believe the gauge is called a Foos gauge that one uses. Does Anyone have the correct tension setting? Thanks.

Loos Gauge

The Loos gauge manual has guidelines for rig tension. Brion Toss (http://www.briontoss.com) has some excellent books/videos on this subject as well.
