My 1985 (#406) 36' presently has a 2 blade 15RH13 prop (Universal 21HP)and I'm thinking about replacing the prop., especially for more reverse control. Any suggestions for a 3 blade prop replacement, ie:pitch. I'm being told a 15RH9 to a 15RH12 and can't find a definite answer to the size that should be used. Thanks for your anticipated info Tom

Hi tom I recently repowered and then had to reprop. After much attention to COST performance etc. etc. I chose a Campbell sailor prop 3 bladed. M.I.T did a comparison and these props rated quite highly. I have found that they really put the power to the water and also are designed to have a low drag when sailing. A bonus is that it performs very well when backing down and in reverse. To my surprise they took all the specs for the motor ,tranny, boat etc and made one for me ,an it is right on. they have aweb sight if you look and they are made in canada
