propeller strut

hauled out my e35. bronze support for the prop shaft is off center by 2". also bent due to a dock line tangling problem. used a cutting torch to heat the support and re-center prop shaft better.{temporary fix}. did the strut come from ericson off center for a reason?

What year?

What model year is your 35? The later 35-3(82-87) had a straight shaft strut. I am not sure about the earlier 35 or 35-2.
