I am with you on a 3 blade fixed propeller for cost effectiveness. I would go to your local chandlery or boat yard for Michigan Sailor or Campbell sailor propeller to buy a new one. That is what I installed on all my 3 sailboats.

The quality and effectiveness of the 3 blade Campbell Sailor by WestByNorth power my boat. After 2plus years in the water I just did a short haul to fix a pair of thru hulls. While hanging, buffed the prop, the bronze shined like it was new. Have it a speak of galvanized paint and back in the water.
