I have a Cherubini 33, new to me, and I am trying to minimize different fuels. Towards that end I I would like to install a propane locker to run the galley range/stove. I currently use 1lb disposables, but would like to put in an 11# composite Trident tank. Seems to be a problem to find a place to put a tank where a drain would vent out and be above the water line. Most of what I see involves putting a tank up on the deck.
Also, any thoughts on a propane sniffer (bilge, or bottom of kitchen cabinet?) would be most appreciated.
