Just a heads up for everybody with propane or LPG lockers on their boats. I checked my vent hoses today on my O'Day 35 (they run from a fitting at the bottom of the locker to a through hull just above the water line). These hoses are in an almost inaccessible place on the boat. The boat is a 1986 model year. The hoses were completely deteriorated, with the boat heeled they would definitely leak severely. If we had gotten a lot of snow and Ice it might have sunk my boat this winter (wet stored). Anyone with a boat more than 5 years old I suggest you check these hoses annually and replace as needed.
