I just bought a 1986 H31, and am in the process of taking care of various things found in the pre-purchase survey. One problem is that the current propane locker (a custom job by the first owner) is a front loader instead of a top loader. The locker is currently in the starboard lazerret, but I can't drop it far enough down to convert it into a top loader or else the drain line would be too low. So far my only real choice seems to be under the back cockpit seats, but that doesn't give me much room (at least from what I can see by just eyeballing it.) Does anyone have a propane setup on a H31 (or maybe a simular sized Hunter?) How is it setup?
