Fellow Hunter Sailors....
I am preparing to mount some hardware to the rear of the storage lockers on each side of the swim step on my 2001 H340 (i.e. mount hardware to the 'transom' such as it is). One of these lockers (port side) is the propane locker and is lined with a 'gas-proof' liner which is vented overboard. Has anyone removed this liner for access to the area beneath that could perhaps advise me on the least destructive removal approach? It appears to be simply stuck down around it's top rim with some kind of sealing adhesive. If so, any advice on getting around the rim lip to cut this seal?
As an alternative, I could cut through the aft side of this liner and then, after mounting my backing plate, reseal with a thin layer of materal over the cut.
