I get a very strong pull to starboard under power. I am guessing this is do to prop wash? Under sail the helm is amazingly balanced, so no issues with that. I have the 54 hp 08 ds model, 3 blade fixed prop. We are looking at a feathering prop. Is the hard pull to the right normal? The turning force increases with rpm's. What will this do to auto pilot? Will the feathering prop help? Thanks

I have a 44DS and I'd say there is noticeable prop wash over the rudder under power. I just about always let the autopilot steer under power.

This is normal, google "P-factor". The cause is the prop not being aligned with the fluid flow stream. ie the prop shaft is at an angle to the horizontal. the greater the angle the more pronounced the effect. All props suffer this and changing the type (folding, fixed...) will not fix the issue.
