I bought this boat with a seized engine. I rebuilt it over the winter. I launched the boat on June 5 and found out the engine does not have the power to turn the prop up to speed. I can only creep along at about 2 to 3 knots. The prop looked big for the boat but I had no way knowing if it was right or wrong. Does anyone have the prop specs for a 1985 295 with a 15 HP Nanni diesel (Kubota 600 base engine. Thanks for any help.
