proper prop
Hi Rick I have also just repowered from a 5411 to a westerbeek 20 any way i have come to conclusion that the old 12/11 dont push enough water.You must also consider that the reduction gears will be different and you are probably not turning the prop as fast as before so you wont get the performance you want. I think you have to go a prop shop and take all the info and get them to tell you what will work. Just for record I have heard many times that campbell sailor props work really well and are very efficient, and were rated quite highly in practical sailor(maybe some one has a copy)this is thewhay I am going to go
