I am considering changing my two blade pro for three blade. Can one one please tell me what size prop I need. What are the pros and cons of three verses two blade. Thank you for your reply.

Three blade

Dear Gus, Thank you for your note. If your Hunter 37 is equipped with a Yanmar 3QM, the three blade should be a 16” diameter X 14” of pitch. Your current two blade should be a 16” diameter X 15” pitch, if it is not then the above three blade will not be valid. Please feel free to contact me and we can go over your situation. Hunter did have some propeller and running gear changes which influences the recommendation. Sincerely, Kevin L. Woody
