Prop shaft size?

Can anyone tell me what the prop shaft size is on the 25.5 with the Yanmar 1GM. I need to get a new shaft zinc to replace the one that is now missing.Thanks,Dan

Would not bet your life on it but

Dan:Would not bet your life on it but I think you will find that it is a 1" shaft. If you look at the Hunter Marine site FAQ, the smallest size they list is 1".

The shaft on my 25.5 with a 1GM10 is 1 inch.

That is most likely it. I just couldn't easily judge while diving in the muddy waters here. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't a 3/4" or 7/8" shaft.

Shaft Size

Definitely 1" on my 1985 25.5. I just replaced the zinc and the 1" zinc fit.
