my wife not supporting anything to do with sailboats.

The first $500 gets the boat.
The boat is sitting at the Naval Station in Annapolis which is
accessable by the public with no security pass required.
Most of the boats equipment has been in dry storage, but it needs a
lot of work.
Storage on the boat is due at $600 for the next 6 months.
