If you do not find a solution, and even if you do so and are still trying to safely cook with a pressure stove....
Budget for an Origo (non pressure) stove. We have cooked and baked with an Origo 6000 range on our boat for over two decades. Totally safe, easy to use, and dependable.

I have a Kenyon Model 550 pressure alcohol stove. Kenyon still supplies parts for this 1980 appliance. I do not share in the hysteria surrounding pressure alcohol stoves. You probably need to replace your burner filters and/or adjust the air mix to be satisfied with your stove. Have been cooking with this for 15 years without any drama.

Yep.. pressurized alcohol stoves work fine if a little care is taken .. Probably needs a thorough cleaning of the burners and orifices and air passages and filters/screens..
These are very much like the old Coleman gasoline camping stoves.. has to be carefully preheated before it will work and the "generator", the vaporizer and orifices have to be clean.. Fuel needs to be fresh and water free..
