I would be VERY careful doing anything with this outfit.
First of all. They say they are open 7 days a week. I have never been able to reach anyone on the phone. I have left messages and received one return call at night.
The guy who called really did not have a clue about sails or sailing. I could have been ordering a pizza for all he knew.
Here is the BIG problem. They say that they have a production loft and offices in Vancouver. However, the locals there have been vocal about the fact that there is NOTHING at that address let alone a loft.
Now it really gets interesting. They say they offer a three year bumper to bumper warranty. You might want to take a look at their weasel wording deep into the site. The say nothing they sell has a warranty!
Take a look at the home page and read it. Sounds to me like it was written by some Asian who has some grasp of the English language. Close but no cigar.
