although out of buisness for new boat, it is my understanding that the office number is still in use for parts. Calll to see if they can reccomend a solution for you.

If you cannot find a rental trailer, consider buying a used sailboat trailer, modify it to fit your Precision 23 then sell it once you get the boat to Naples.

May I ask what you recommend for some used trailers and how they would be modified (in general terms anyway)?
Be aware that power boat trailers have axles rearward,supporting the weight of the motors basically. A sailboat trailer will have axles near the middle of the trailer ,under the keel. Bunk trailers are prefererred to a roller one and bunks should be adjustable up and down to allow for different size boats to rest the wieght of the keel on the trailer. Side bunks are to stabilize only,not bear any weight in large amounts.
