Hey, when I am buying a sailboat, what is the protocol regarding who should be responsible for pulling the boat out for a bottom inspection? Or is there one? The seller said he was not interested in paying to have the boat hauled, and I do not want to spend the $$ to haul a boat if it does not pass well enough to buy.
