Anyone with experience having an power winch installed for the furling main on a hunter 356, 2002, please share

Not a 356 but have used a portable WinchRite electric winch handle when occasionally furling in the mainsail on a 386 and now 46 to avoid tiring my arm. Do not use it all the time since my crew do not need it. Significantly lower lower cost than an installed electric winch.

I do not ... Yet. I have a 386, but I think they use the same Lewmar 40 winches. I bought my new electric, and will be installing this month. Let's talk. Are you concerned/interested in the whole idea? The deck work? Electrical? Cosmetics inside?
We have a 36 (similar to the 356) and we too went with a WinchRite - the cost for an electric winch was too high. We have a traditional main and my wife uses the WinchRite to raise it.
