Recently purchased a Hunter 26.5 and need help finding a replacement portlight lens. Checked with the major brand sources for portlights but, no help.

First I would try this site to see if they have the lens but you will need to identify the specific year and if there are no identifying marks, measurments will need to be made. If no luck, then try Boma-Gray or go to http://www.pompanette.com/bomar to see if they can help.
Check the lower left corner of the frame, inside the cabin. It probably says Gray Enterprises on it and if so, you'll find the best prices anywhere on the ports, lens, trim rings, screens, dogs, and gasket, here:

To find the correct size, measure the outer-most dimensions of the frame. That's the spec Gray uses to describe sizes.

I apologize and should have directed those to you and gentlemen, Phil is right, better pricing from this site.
Bomar wanted the frame measurments but in the past dealing with them, I was also instructed to confirm the exact opening port, to get the measurements of the lens as well.
