Can anyone tell me how my portable toilet works? Maybe it is not really portable with the two hoses connecting to the rear with on deck waste plug. and clear hose going I guess to the 5 gal water tank. Is this one that needs to be pumped? Thanks P
I think anything connected to a tank with hoses falls into the "marine head with holding tank" category rather than "porta-potty" Both of the porta-potties that I own are two-piece affairs, with the bowl and fresh water tank on top and the waste tank on the bottom. A guillotine type valve actuated by a pull lever in the front allows waste to drop into the lower tank via gravity.
