Can anyone suggest potty chemical that effectively breaks down waste, not those just change color and turn it blue. After many years of emptying potty, I have learned that it is no fun to empty waste tank in home toilet when the waste is still resemble its original state.

Solids and quick-dissolve TP SHOULD dissolve pretty quickly in nothing but water. If they're not, drinking more water may be the solution...but more likely it's the chemical you're using. If it contains formaldehyde or any similar chemical, it's preserving the solids instead of allowing them to dissolve. Switch to a non-chemical product--Odorlos is a good choice...and give the tank a good shaking before you dump it. Actually, drinking a lot more water wouldn't hurt either. If nothing else, it's good for your kidneys.
