I was thinking of adding a port side opening hatch "window" just above the pilot berth on my Hunter Legend 37. Has anyone ever done this and if so do you have any pictures of this project. Thanks Barrie
Not that it would compromise the structural integrety of the boat, but you're talking about holing several layers of fiberglass and hoping they match up okay. The potential for future leaks is ominious. Perhaps you could substitute by hanging a picture of a window, with sunset in the background. Then on some dreary rainy day you'll be glad the "window" doesn't leak.
