Port replacement lens

I have a 28.5 1986 Hunter and need to replace the Grey port lenses. New ones are available at SailboatOwners but they request the outside frame dimensions, which I don't know. I won't be back up to the boat for a few weeks. Does anyone know the model numbers of the two sizes on this model?

We can work with the inside (lens) dimensions, too. It looks like the 28.5 uses 410's and 512's, but it's always good to be sure. Sometimes a PO has changed the ports or sizes.
