Does anyone know where i can get replacement ports holes for a 1983 27ft hunter? I want to install some sort of rain fall self drain ports, instead of the original leaking ports, the issue i have is that these ports are huge, i can't find any this size that drain water and dont leak... Regards

How huge?

Most Cherubini Hunters used 5x12's and 7x14's. The larger ports on the later years were just lexan screwed to the cabin side, i.e. non-opening. What size are yours? I installed ten bronze New Found Metals portlights on my H37C. Water lies in the spigots but they do not leak. A lot of guys are installing their new Trimatrix model( http://www.newfoundmetals.com/catalog/pg13.html ). They look like they will drain. You can probably find some information about these here in the archives. I also remember that several owners were satisfied with their Beckson 'Rain-drain' model portlights( http://www.discountmarinesupplies.com/Portlights_Portholes-BECKSON_RAIN_DRAIN_OPENING_PORTS.html ) . But maybe your boat has some unusual size. Another friend bought a sheet of lexan and fabricated a large non-opening port that covered two of the old ones. So maybe that is an option.
