Hi again mates...
Well the deck paint is almost done just the non skid is to be done tomorrow since im taping today. Now then. All portholes were taken out and plexiglass replaced. As shown on the photo the port side small forward porthole frame is missing. It went into what i call the Bermuda triangle(things that disappear and are never to be seen again or show up 6 months down the road in a complete different weird location)
She's a 1976 Bristol Corsair. If anyone knows from where to obtain this porthole frame(the inside and outside pieces) ill really appreciate it. As always your advice and wisdom is very appreciated.

I don't believe those sorts of items were custom made by the boat builder. I'd try used chandlers and the companies that supply the boat builders.

While your first thought might be to seek out the builder to find an "original manufacturer equipment" what you soon will learn about mature boats is the manufacturer often used what ever port was available at a certain price point and that the maker of the port often changed year to year or boat to boat.

You may find that measuring the hole and finding a port that will fit is the optimum solution. Of course that means you will not be able to enter your boat in the show contests for restoration boats.

On the other hand it may get you back on the water sailing.

Here is a link that has ports of various sizes and styles. You can find a search of the web will bring all sorts of options available.

If it were me, I might consider fabricating one. Plastic is available in many colors and woodworking tools usually work.
