My 1984 Hunter 25.2 has four rectangular (with rounded corners) ports, two each side of the cabin. In each one, there is an insert which, I have noticed, had remnants of a screen glued to the insert. Here are my questions: 1. Does anyone know from whom I can purchase the inserts? I am missing one. 2. Can they be purchased with the screen already attached? If not, has anyone ever replaced the screens? Is there a particular mesh size and epoxy that can be used to glue them on?

Hi Tony, the two Hunter models that...

we owned (H28 and P42) came with port light screens that could be placed or removed as needed. Sounds like a PO decided to use glue for whatever reason. Terry

Found some, but....

Hi I'm looking as well for screens for my H34 1984 model. I found pompanette.com which is the only place I could find screens for the Bolmar hatches; BUT, you have to have model numbers, and I can't find the model numbers. Any ideas? Marc msb@lawy-ers.com

Hatches and portholes

Justice: Thanks for the lead. I have sent them an e-mail today. In the past I've had good results by contacting Hunter themselves and have done so today with this issue. You might try them also at customerservice@huntermarine.com.
