port/hatch plastic screens

We have a 2005 Hunter 38 and I am having a minor issue with the plastic screens that somehow snap into the opening I believe from he outside.
Having trouble figuring out exactly where they snap into?
Ideas?

Are they the gray ones that came from Hunter with the boat,they are not easy for sure but any way yes push in from outside and the ridge around the outer edge pushes into the black rubber gasket around the window.
Try with another person on the outside and one person on the inside and just push the taps on the screen into the gruve of the window.
I ttakes a few times to get them in and the first time they are hard tto get in and than I leave them in all the time so they keep the shape,lewmar has new ones that work real easy but they are $$$$$$$ and I have 2 but was tricky at first also but way easy than the old ones.
