Port Browning Rendezvous & Customs/Immigration, etc.

I didn't think I would be able to come and still am not positive, but
now it looks a lot better, so, please advise, arriving from the
States do I need to check in at Bedwell Harbor before coming to Port
Browning or ??? Thanks, Ken Preston
