Poly Glow removal before painting

I am interested in removing the Poly Glow from my Morgan 32 hull and Rolling/brushing on a new coat of topside paint. Any advice would surely be appreciated.

Poly Glow Cleaner

Try Poly Glow cleaner followed by wet sanding with 600 grit sandpaper.
