polar diagrams for target boat speed

I recently started racing and I am interested in obtaining polar diagrams for the Oday 272 to help determine optimal boat speeds for various true wind angles and wind speeds. Does any one of a source?

unfortunately you may be out of luck and you'll have to develope your own. Us sail has them for 30,302,and 34 but not for other models.
