Pointing; how well a com-pac 19 can do ?

Anyone out there can tell me if a com-pac 19 is able to be trimmed to point well ? - say 25 degrees or close ?

I have a Com Pac Eclipse and I believe she points pretty well, may be 15-20 degrees,
