my definition

Must have: berth for 2 or more, head (porta pottie qualifies), galley, and relatively easy trailerability. Usually this imposes an upper limit of about 27 feet and a lower of 17, but I'm sure others could find exceptions.

Little boat with big ideas

I stole that title from the web page attached. That page pretty much sums up a pocket cruiser. I don't think that a pocket cruiser has to be trailerable though. Shallow draft for a given anchorage would be required (get in to an anchorage where the "big boats" can't - same goes for dock space). I might also add that, when aground, the ability to "get out and push" is a pocket cruiser advantage.
