Thanks for all the help in getting the pinboards. Now I need to buy a new plexiglass hatch replacement. I am thinking of using a material called lexan; it is alot stronger than plexiglass. All I need are the dimensions for the tinted plexiglass. I hope someone can help me!

You could call Hunter and ask for customer service and they can look up the information for you. However, it would be best advised to pattern after the old one. It is easy to remove. Is your old one scratched?

I called Hunter . . .and they sent a replacement.

I put the old (pieces)over the new lexan for drilling guides. screws were secured with silicone sealant. I attempted replacement through local glass suppliers but specifications were an issue and costs about the same as Hunter. Good luck . . .

WHAT EVER YOU DO DON'T USE LEXAN!!!

I am writing as a Plastics expert who wants you to know the error of the ways of most people using that product. First off I know it is more break resistant but mainly Lexan is not UV stable it discolors in outdoor use, it does scratch easier than Plexi. If you wish to use Lexan make sure you get the MR-10,000 type which will hold up longer in UV, resist scatching a little better and last longer in multiple cleaning.
