Plate on cockpit

My MKii it's almost done...
Im working outiside now... painting and restoring some parts in the cockpit...

Who knows what should be writen on this plate?
Mine its completly torn apart... and i would like to make a new one with the original numbers...

The place of this plate it's on the cockpit opposite to the engine control and key switch.
