We has the plastic case over the ignition switch on our 280 hunter 1999, to have it custom made is 140.00, any better ideas would be appreciated. Thanks, Jim
I templated the spot with paper and had a piece of velcro stitched onto a piece of clear dodger plastic....the hookside has adhesive tape. I can either lift it to twist the key or remove it entirely. Weather tightness is not a problem in my case as the locker cover overlaps the topside. Cost: a $10. tip to the sail shop for use of their scrap stuff.
