Pintle size for Hunter 18.5

Quick question: can anyone with an 18.5 confirm the size of the pintles for the rudder? Are they 3/8" or 1/2"? I want to make a telescoping mast crutch for trailering and for mast stepping. Also, if any of you have made your own mast crutch and have pictures/diagrams I'd very much appreciate some guidance, thanks. Catalina sells ready-made mast crutches that extend to over 9'. I'd like to have a crutch ready when I pick-up my newly purchased 18.5 in a couple of weeks. Thanks, everyone!

My pintels are 3/8”, here’s my mast crutch... I made it so it won’t rotate and it can be raised up almost 3’
