I think these marine shore power Y splitter adapter SS2-50P male 50 amp plug to two (2) LS-30R female 30 amp plug (check plug ends) connected to two separate marine 30 amp male to 30 amp female plug adapters like the ones below.

Might not be able to run as many things without tripping the breaker. I have two shore power cords. Still can't run the cofffee maker and microwave without tripping the breaker. If the AC was on the same line, not good...

I think of a "Pigtail" as a cord with a 30 amp plug on the shore side and a conventional 110 receptacle on the boat side. Or vise versa. Like this:
I think you are looking for a splitter. Like this:
Two shore power cords could work but sometimes your only option is the 50 amp because two 30 amp outlets aren't available. They are pretty expensive but if you have to use a marina's for a transient slip that can be expensive too.

true, but i always keep two 50 amp to 30 amp pigtails since some power supplies are 50 amp only
