I have a 1975 pop-top model 25' Hunter and was hoping someone could share their tiller-to-rudder post connection. The previous owner, in is infinite wisdom, drilled through the post, attaching a bolt directly to the tiller bracket. Time and load pressure has subsequently wallowed out the hole, creating immense helm slop. Just wondering what part is supposed to be there or how others had their tillers affixed.
